SIMPLE FROM THE FIRST TAP

Less asking around.
More sharing experiences.

A QR code and an NFC chip. The same smart link. A direct route to your business’s Google review page.

01

Make it yours

Choose a card or counter stand. Add your business and your genuine Google review link.

02

Tap. Scan. That’s it.

Place it where happy moments happen. Customers tap their phone or scan the QR code.

03

Let their experience speak

Customers land directly on your Google review page, ready to share honest feedback.

What does a customer see?

They scan your QR code or tap a compatible NFC phone. Your unique card link opens the current Google review destination. There is no rating gate, no filtering of unhappy customers, and no required Taply app.

Setting up your business

  1. Create an account and add your business profile.
  2. Copy your direct review link from your Google Business Profile and save it in the dashboard.
  3. Purchase your card or stand. After payment is verified, your card is assigned automatically.
  4. Download the QR code and follow the NFC programming instructions. Final printed artwork and delivery are handled manually.

Programming the NFC chip

Use an NDEF-compatible NFC card and a compatible writing app or hardware writer. Write one URI record containing the canonical card URL shown in your dashboard. Read it back, compare the full URL, and test on a supported Android phone and iPhone. Mark verification complete only after testing the physical tag.

The website does not program a physical chip itself. NFC support depends on the phone, settings and tag. QR scanning is an alternative when NFC is unavailable.

Where should you place it?

At a café counter after a meal, at a salon checkout after an appointment, at a retail desk after a purchase, or at a hotel reception after a stay. Clinics and service businesses should invite feedback without collecting sensitive customer details. Ask every customer for honest feedback; avoid rewards tied to ratings.

What does the dashboard measure?

Redirects to the review page, not completed reviews. QR and NFC use the same URL, so Taply does not claim to distinguish the two. No raw IP addresses, precise location or device fingerprints are stored in redirect events.
