About these terms
These terms apply to the website, dashboard and products sold by Star Solution & Services ("Star Solution & Services", "we"). By placing an order or creating an account you agree to them.
Using the service
- Use the service only for a genuine business and a Google Business Profile you are authorised to manage.
- Do not redirect visitors to unsafe, misleading or unlawful destinations.
- Do not offer rewards for positive reviews, filter unhappy customers away from reviews, or post fake reviews. Google may remove reviews or suspend profiles that break its policies.
Products and dashboard
Physical cards and stands are one-time purchases. The free dashboard includes link editing, QR downloads and basic scan counts. Optional paid plans are described on the pricing page and renew only when you choose to.
No guarantee of reviews
Customers decide whether and what to review. We do not guarantee a number of reviews, ratings or search rankings. Star Solution & Services is an independent service and is not affiliated with Google.
Suspension
We may suspend cards or accounts used for abuse, fraud or security threats.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered place of business have jurisdiction.
