Quick answer
Sign in to the Google account that manages your business, search your business name on Google, click Ask for reviews (or Get more reviews), and copy the link. It looks like g.page/r/XXXX/review.
Method 1: From Google Business Profile (easiest)
- Open google.com or the Google Maps app while signed in as the business owner or manager.
- Search for your business name and open your Business Profile.
- Tap Ask for reviews / Get more reviews.
- Tap Copy link. This is your direct review link.
Method 2: Build it from your Place ID
- Find your Place ID with Google’s Place ID Finder (it starts with ChIJ).
- Your review link is: search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=YOUR_PLACE_ID
- In the Star Solution & Services dashboard you can simply paste the Place ID — the link is built for you.
Which links do not work
Short maps.app.goo.gl links open the map page, not the review box, so customers must tap several more times. Always use the review link.
How to share it
Put the link on an NFC review card and a QR code at your billing counter, on tables, receipts and WhatsApp messages. With Star Solution & Services, you can change the link later without reprinting the card.
