Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund before it is dispatched. Custom-printed orders can be cancelled only before the design is approved.
Refunds for faulty or wrong items
If a card or stand arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund you.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Paid plans
Optional dashboard plans can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if unused. Plans do not renew automatically.
