We install your ID card printer at your office, school, hospital or factory, connect it to your computer or network, and make sure your first batch of cards prints correctly before we leave.

- Software setup: ID card design software, database (Excel/CSV) connection and photo import.
- Card templates: front and back designs for employee, student or visitor cards, with logo, photo, barcode or QR code.
- Encoding (if needed): magnetic stripe, contact chip and contactless/NFC encoding setup.
- Training: a practical session for your staff on printing, cleaning and changing ribbons.

Frequently asked questions
Do you install printers bought from other sellers?
Yes. We install and train on Evolis and HiTi printers wherever you bought them; installation is quoted separately from the printer.
How long does installation take?
Most installations, including software setup and training, are completed in 2–3 hours on site.
Do you provide installation outside Delhi NCR?
Yes. Outside Delhi NCR we install remotely over a video call and screen sharing, and arrange an on-site visit where needed.
